Buyer's Guide - Startex Steel Structures

Buyer's Guide

Interested in a building? We strive to make our buying process as simple and efficient as possible!

First, a trained sales representative will assist you in designing your perfect structure, inform you on pricing options, and answer any questions you may have. Then, when your installation surface (concrete, gravel, base, etc.) is level and ready, your sales rep will need to collect the delivery and billing information for the building contracts!

You will get efficient and thoughtful service from Zolo.

After the contracts are signed, the dealer will need a 12-16% deposit in order to place the order with the factory! Within 48-72 hours of ordering your structure, a factory representative will reach out and ensure your building is still exactly what you want and construction will begin. You can expect your building to be delivered within 2-4 weeks from the order date!

Our sales staff is committed to delivering the leading standard of service throughout every phase of your purchase and installation processes. From
the moment you call us for assistance until we complete installation of your new metal garage or other structure, you can count on us to treat you with the service you deserve.

Site Preparation and Permits:

It is important to ensure that the site designated for product installation is a flat and square surface. If you are pouring a concrete pad, the specs of the pad need to match the base width and length of the building for proper installation. The generic spec drawings we provide for free should be all a concrete contractor need to get the pad done!

In order to provide you with affordable products and fast installation, all site preparation and building permits are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for any local permits, covenant searches, rights of way, and setback restrictions.

Contact us to discuss your requirements of Concrete Steel Formwork. Our experienced sales team can help you identify the options that best suit your needs.
